Brainpaths

By the experiences we accumulate in life, combined with our intelligence, and our genetic makeup, we slowly develop automatic brain paths. These automatic brain paths are responsible for approaching events, situation, and people in similar ways, over and over again. No matter if these approaches are helpful or not, the brain will not know any other way. This process happens by repeating firing energy between Neurons. In result, these Neurons grow closer together. Physiologically this is how shortest and automatic brain paths are created, and why we tend to repeat the way we deal with life’s challenges. This process starts between the ages of 0-7. In addition, when people encounter challenges or traumas in life, survival brain paths are created, most likely will work against a person later in life. It is a true complex and unconscious process.

When we work together, we will define your automatic brain paths, you will become the observer of your thoughts and feelings, and you will learn to change your thoughts and reactions to an authentic life filled with choices and possibilities.

This process to change requires a lot of focus and commitment. You will get weekly homework to retrain your brain to new brain paths that work for you.
